1000m Ski or 50 Cal Bike 

*You will choose either Ski or Bike for Monday and then do the other one on Tuesday.  We will declare winners on Tuesday, after classes, for both challenges.

CFC 1000m Ski or 50 Cal Bike Rest 3-5 min EMOM x 15 3 Pull-Ups + 6 Push-Ups + 9 Squats *you are in charge of your own clock on the EMOM. PureFit 1000m Ski or 50 Cal Bike Rest 3-5 min EMOM x 15 3 Ring Rows + 5 Push-Ups + 7 Squats *you are in charge of your own clock on the EMOM.
