7 Pull ups
7 Burpees
-How it works-
Every min on the min you will complete all 3 movements until you can no longer complete all 3 movements within the min time frame.
Modifications
-choose a rep scheme where you can complete Pull ups UNBROKEN.
-all 3 movements should be the same reps regardless of ability. So if you are able to complete 5 pull ups UNBROKEN then your rep scheme would be 5 thrusters, 5 pull ups, 5 burpees.
-If you are unable to maintain within the Min before 15 min cap, continue in an AMRAP format.
PureFit WOD
12-15 min AMRAP:
7 DB Thrusters
7 Ring Rows/pull ups
7 Up Downs/Burpees
-Goal is 12min, if you feel good and want to continue keep going until 15min.
