For Time:
:30 sec ON :30 sec OFF
100 Burpees
200 Air Squats
300 sit ups
200 Lunges
100 Push ups
-This is a 'I Go You Go' format. Partner 1 completes as many burpees as possible in :30sec then Partner 2 goes and partner 1 rests. Continue this format until a combined total of 100 burpees are completed. Then move on to squats, using the same format.
