For Time:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull ups
200 Push ups
300 air squats
1 Mile Run
*Wear a weighted vest if desired.
*We have been prepping for this workout all month! You can do this unpartitioned, partitioned, with a partner, half the reps, etc.... There are several ways to break this down & we will have all of them posted at the gym. Come Honor one of the greats who sacrificed everything for our freedom!
