Lets start 2025 off with some new Benchmarks.
-Choose 1 of these 3 Glory Board Workouts. Make sure to record your score, what weights used & and any substitution either on the board or individually.

Option 2

400m Run
15 Overhead squats (65/95)
-Record time to complete & weights used

Option 3:
"Jackie"
1000m Row
30 Thrusters (35/45)
30 pull ups
-Record time to complete & weights used
