-This is a GLORY BOARD WOD. Make sure every rep is FULL range of motion. It must be completed as it is written in order to make the Glory Board. Record results on the board even if it is modified. We will re-test! good luck!!

sit ups - 40-30-20-15-10
-perform 20 single unders after each set.

Example:
15 calories + 40 sit ups + 20 single unders
12 calories + 30 sit ups + 20 single unders
9 calories + 20 sit ups + 20 single unders
...and so on.
