With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
50 double-unders
7 power cleans (105/155)(95/135)
12 burpees over the rower (jump or step)
25 cals on the rower
*double unders done together, don't move on to power cleans until
both teammates complete 50 reps
*divide reps on everything else, one partner works at a time
