Sets 3 and 4: 2 power clean and jerks
Sets 5 and 6: 1 power clean and jerk

For time:
30 clean and jerks (95/135 lb)(65/95 lb)
Option #2
On a 15:00 clock:
75 burpees
– Every minute on the minute (including 0:00) complete 5 power snatches (55/75 lb)(45/65 lb)

In the remaining time:
Find a 1-rep-max power snatch

– Score is total time to complete the burpees and 1-rep snatch load.
