Congo Line Style - Do not pass the person in front of you
25min AMRAP:
15 KBS (Heavy)
10 Burpees
15 Slam Balls (15/20)
10 Jumping Lunges (each leg)
15 Wall Balls (14/20)
-After each team member has completed 2 Rounds run 400m together.
-Wait until entire team has completed 2 rounds before running 400m.
-Do not start congo line until all team members are back from 400m
