Please do not start the workout any later than 8:30 am

6 goblet squats (squat to medicine ball)
7 slam balls
8 shoulder-to-overhead (65/95)(35/45)
9 hang cleans (65/95)(35/45)
10 alternating db snatch (35/50)
11 calories
12 Thrusters (65/95)(35/45)

1 wall walk/:20 handstand hold/ :20 pike off a box
2 SDHP with KB
3 burpees/updowns
4 pullups/ringrow
5 pushups
6 goblet squats
7 slam balls
8 DB press
9 DB hammer curls
10 kickstand RDL with 1 or 2 DB/KB
11 calories
12 DB thrusters
