Nutrition Matters Challenge WOD

16 min Clock: Buy-in: 500 meter Row -2 min rest- then AMRAP in remaining time of: 10 Pull ups 20 DB snatch (55/35)(3525) 30 Burpee/Up downs 40 KBS (55/35)(35/25) 50 Wall Balls (20/14) 40 KBS 30 Burpees 20 DB snatch 10 Pull ups *This is a 2 part test.  Record both your 500 meter row time as well as how many Reps completed. If you get through all the above work and you still have remaining time, start working back up. For example: if you get through your second set of Pull ups move to DB snatch, burpees, KBS...etc.  until time is up. *Use the SCORECARD to record exactly how you complete this.  We will re-test this the EXACT same way in 30 days.

14 min Clock: Buy-in: 400 meter Row -2 min rest- then AMRAP in remaining time of: 10 Pull ups 15 DB snatch 20 Burpee/Up downs 25 KBS 30 Wall Balls 25 KBS 20 Burpees 15 DB snatch 10 Pull ups *This is a 2 part test.  Record both your 400 meter row time as well as how many Reps completed. If you get through all the above work and you still have remaining time, start working back up. For example: if you get through your second set of Pull ups move to DB snatch, burpees, KBS...etc.  until time is up. *Use the PureFit SCORECARD to record exactly how you complete this.  We will re-test this the EXACT same way in 30 days.

*Team challenge starts TODAY.  Test WOD will be available to complete both today and tomorrow. Use the Scorecard to record EXACTLY how you complete the WOD.  You will re-test the EXACT same way.  Inbody will be at the gym Today - Tomorrow @ 11am.  Make sure to write both you and your partner's name on your sheet and leave it at the gym to be recorded.  Good Luck!
