30 Burpee/Up downs
40 KBS (55/35)(35/25)
50 Wall Balls (20/14)

30 Burpees
20 DB snatch
10 Pull ups
*This is a 2 part test. Record both your
500 meter row time as well as how many
Reps completed. If you get through all the above work and you still have remaining time, start working back up.
For example: if you get through your second set of Pull ups move to DB snatch, burpees, KBS...etc. until time is up.

EXACT same way in 30 days.
