5 sets of: 3 min AMRAP: The 'Chief' 3 Power Cleans (135/95)(95/65) 6 push ups 9 air squats -rest 1 min b/w sets- *Log total rounds completed. Start where left off in each set. *If you were unable to complete the Nutrition challenge WOD yesterday do it TODAY.

3-4 sets of: 3 min AMRAP: The 'Chief'ish 3 Med ball Power Cleans 6 push ups 9 air squats -rest 1 min b/w sets- *Log total rounds completed. Start where left off in each set. MWOD: Anterior Shoulder Smash with barbell, 60 sec per side.   *If you were unable to complete the Nutrition challenge WOD yesterday do it TODAY.

Nutrition Matters Challenge

*Team challenge started Yesterday.  Test WOD will be available to complete both Monday and Tuesday. Use the Scorecard to record EXACTLY how you complete the WOD.  You will re-test the EXACT same way.  Inbody will be at the gym through Tuesday mid-morning.  Make sure to write both you and your partner's name on your sheet and leave it at the gym to be recorded.
