Dear Crossfit Cody Family,

It is with much sadness, that we are temporarily closing the doors of our gym to weather the storm of COVID-19 in order to protect our families, our clients, our community and beyond.  We are working on creative approaches to continue what we started 10 years ago...a health & fitness-based community- that is so full of love, support, grit, faith, sweat, friendships, family, camaraderie, fun, laughter, tears, high-fives......... the list goes on and on.

Moving forward, Thursday and Friday we will post a Home WOD or go enjoy the outdoors.  Saturday morning starting at 8:00 a.m., equipment will be checked out according to time slots listed. Please enter your name on EQUIPMENT SIGN OUT FORM and stick to your specified time. We will have packages created for you to choose from. We have a large tribe and would like to spread out our equipment as much as possible. Please consider this when getting equipment. Remember top 3 Burpee Challenge winners get first picks  (due Friday 9pm).

 If you have personal equipment at the gym, i.e. bars, shoes, wrist wraps, please grab them Saturday morning.  Starting Monday, we will start our new programming!!!

More information to follow on how we will be continuing our mission and serving you during this time.  We are truly stronger together and we feel blessed to be a part of this extraordinary community to support and encourage each other during this challenging time.

    HOME WOD:

EMOM x 20:00

  • Minute 1: 15 Box Jumps (might have to be creative)
  • Minute 2: 10 Pullups Or Some kind of  BO Rowing
  • Minute 3: 15 Situps
  • Minute 4: 20 Weight from ground to overhead (could be DB, Plate, Rock, or other weight)
