Dear Crossfit Cody Members,

As owners of Crossfit Cody, we are in constant contemplation and prayer to make the best decisions for our family, friends, community...as well as our small business.  We know that the Coronavirus has impacted each person in a very different way.  Some of those changes have been hard, whether the loss of a job, struggles with health, fear, anxiety, loneliness, uncertainty, lack of connection,....  But there have also been huge blessings in these hard times, we know we have felt them through increased family time, simplicity of everyday life, helping others, deepening of faith, restoration of time, gratitude. We are looking to the future in hope, and we are doing our best to keep Crossfit Cody a sustainable business during these unique times.  Although we have temporarily closed our doors; our mission to impact the community and our members in a healthy way continues.  We have lent out our equipment, continue to post our WODs on the website, and are providing Live-Zoom CrossFit classes 3 times/day on our regular scheduled days. We would love your continued support, but we also acknowledge how that might look different to everyone.  So here are some options for you to consider: If you would like to continue your regular membership, please contact us. 100 Meter run (:40 sec - :20 sec out, :20 sec Back) 10 HSPU* 10 Box jump overs 200 Meter run (1min) 20 HSPU 20 Box jump overs 400 meter run (2 min) 30 HSPU 30 Box Jump overs 600 Meter run (3 min) 40 HSPU Box Jump overs 800 Meter run (5 min) *HSPU sub = DB or KB or Barbell Push press or regular push ups -Get creative with the Box jump overs. You could use something at your house that you can jump completely over and not have to jump on top. -If the rep Scheme is too high for you cut the volume in half. -If you can not run, walk! Use the same time frame. MWOD: Pigeon stretch - this is great after all that running.  Sit on ground placing one leg in front and the other behind. Bend front knee to 90ish degrees. Sit up as straight as possible, suck belly button into your back and lean forward over front leg.  Contract and relax to increase stretch. Keeping back elongated, deep breath in and contract the front leg into the ground for 4 seconds then exhale and relax for 8 seconds. If tight, perform these movements with leg up on plyo box, couch, counter top, table, desk, etc.  Spend at least 1 minute on each side.

If using your phone or iPad 1- Download the app Zoom on your phone or iPad. 2- Click on the link connected to the class you want to join and follow the prompted instructions from there. Please be patient these first few classes as we work through the kinks.
