2 - Hike Cedar Mountain
3 - Run the damn bridge path
4 - Beck lake intervals :30 sec sprint + 15 squats :30 sec Sprint + 10 Push Ups :30 sec Sprint + 15 Jumping Lunges
*Continue this pattern around both lakes. Modify movements as needed.
