Re-opening Update!

We hope this finds everyone in good health! We wanted to reach out and update you on our hopeful re-opening plans.  As of right now, we are still waiting for further instructions from the state health officials and governor of what restrictions/guidelines we must follow in order to open our doors. Until then we wanted you all to know that we are working on a plan! We are unsure what that will look like but please be patient with us as we piece all the details together.  We do know we will follow all guidelines given to us to keep our community safe.  We hope to have more information Monday or Tuesday of next week and will be sure to update you all again then. We miss you all and hope to be back together as soon as possible.

We have loved seeing all your faces through Zoom classes as well as the encouraging words/comments through social media. This community truly is like no other! We can't thank you enough for the unwavering support during this time.  Hang in there, we will all be together again soon!!

200 meter sprints x 8 *YOU go I go format immediately into... 10 Rounds (5 each) 6 Deadlifts 8 Wall Balls 12 Box Jumps immediately into... 200 meter sprints x 8 *YOU go I go format Equipment subs Deadlifts - can use a barbell, DB or KB. Can do single leg deadlifts if only have 1 DB/KB Wall Ball - can do slam balls if you do not have a wall ball or goblet squat with KB or DB Box Jumps - can jump over an object instead of on top of it.
