Great Week!

The gains in Olympic Lifting so far have been remarkable. Keep up the good work.

If you are feeling beat up, expecially shoulders, that is normal but make sure to take care of it through mobility & hydration.

-Apparell sign ups are on the desk.  We will be ordering

Mens: T-shirts, Long Sleeve shirts & Sweat pants (these are Mens sizes)

Womens: T-shirts, Tank tops & Sweat pants (Women sizes)

Unisex: Zip hoodies

We will have samples of the sweats, zip hoodies & womens stuff this week at the gym.  We would like this order to be complete by a week from Friday. We will let you know prices as soon as possible.  Thanks!
