Goal: Sub 16 min Lunges: can hold 1 or 2 KB/DB.  Carry Overhead, front rack, suitcase....switch as needed. Rope Climb Subs 25 Knees to Elbows 5 Wall Walks 10 strict pull ups

Lunges: can hold 1 or 2 KB/DB.  Carry Overhead, front rack, suitcase....switch as needed. *Lunges can be done without weight
