Tis' the season to be jolly....We are going to celebrate the Christmas season at Crossfit Cody with a

12 Days of Christmas Fitness Challenge.

Each day for the next 3 weeks, there will be a fitness challenge for all those who would like to participate.  At the end of the day, we will determine the top 3 Male/3 Female finishers.  There will be a prize from a local store for the male & female Champion of the Day!!!! You cannot win more than 3 prizes, the 2nd place finisher will be awarded the prize if the Champion has accumulated 3 prizes.  If you are unable to do the movement as prescribed, you are welcome to scale to participate, but winners will have to perform the task at RX.  Let the festivities begin!!!!

Every 2 min x 5: 8 Calories/150 meter run 8 Push Jerks (135/95)(95/65) rest 2 min Every 2 min x 5: 8 Calories/150 meter run 8 Deadlifts (225/155)(185/125) *Goal: maintain the same time frame each set. *Use a different machine or run 150 meter = out front garage door to end of sidewalk and back through back door.

Every 2 min x 5: 8 Calories 10 DB Push Jerks rest 2 min Every 2 min x 5: 8 Calories 10 Deadlifts
