We are closed MONDAY to honor Memorial Day...Howerver Coach Trotter has offered to open the gym

100 Pull ups

200 Push ups

300 Body Squats

1 mile Run

*The pull ups, push ups & squats can be broken up however you want as long as you complete all the reps. This can be done in a team or individual.

30 Wall Balls (20/15 to 10' mark)

30 Chest to Bar Pull ups

30 Pistols

30 KB Snatchs (70/50)

*This will work as a congo line.
