500m Row/run/ski/bike (24/20) cals
750m Row/run/ski/bike (36/30) cals
During Rest periods
Round 1: 10 T2B/GHD/weighted sit ups
Round 2: 20 T2B/GHD/weighted sit ups
Round 3: 30 T2B/GHD/weighted sit ups

*how it works: teammate 1 complete 250m row while teammate 2 completes round 1, then swap. Teammate 1 completes 500m row while teammate 2 completes round 2, then swap. Teammate 1 completes 750m row while teammate 2 completes round 3, then swap. complete this pattern for 3 rounds.
