-1 min @ each movement for Max Reps-
DB Snatch (55/35)(35/25)
Burpees
Power Cleans (115/85)(95/65)
Calories
Wall Balls
-1 min rest b/t rounds-

-Score it TOTAL reps.
-Use score card to record reps and weights/modifications used. We will re-test this in 30 days.
-Nutrition challenge participates, make sure to get on the Inbody Machine and leave sheet at gym.
