Max Handstand Push ups

30 sec ON 30 sec OFF

15 Push Press (45/65)

Max Banded tricep pull downs

Max Ring Dips

Max Med ball Sit ups (15/20)

*This cycle continues until you cannot complete 15 Push Press within the 30 sec

Gym Notes

  1. Men your T-shirts have ARRIVED! They are bagged and ready for you to pick up.
  2. The annual AMAZING RACE is back! Saturday June 29.  Time & place TBA. If you are interested and want to be put on a team put your name on the board in the front room.  If you don't know what the AMAZING RACE is ask your trainer.
