CONDITIONING:
10 minute ascending ladder 1 x power snatch @ 95/65 1 x ring dip 1 x barbell burpee jumps 2 x PS 2 x ring dips 2 x barbell burpee jumps 3 x PS 3 x ring dips 3 x barbbell burpee jumps (continue in this fashion increasing by 1 rep each time for 10 minutes)

Next Tuesday, July 9, kicks off our CF Kids Program. Those of you signed up click HERE to see your child's class time & roster.
We have a slight schedule conflict on Tuesdays with our CF Kids Program & our 9:30am class. So...For the month of July on Tuesdays ONLY there will be NO 9:30am class. Sorry for the inconvenience.
