*record time on your mile, and total rounds + reps of "Cindy"

on a 16min Clock…
At 0:00- 800M Run/Row Test
*rest until clock is at 9:00,
At 9:00- 7 Min AMRAP "Cindy"
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats
At 16:00-Done
*record time on your distance, and total rounds + reps of "Cindy"
Cool Down: 800M Run/Row
