1 rep on the minute

Min 0-5: Snatch High Pulls
Min 6-10: Hang Power Snatch
Min 11-20: Power Snatch

-Building in weight as form allows

PureFit WOD

On the minute

Min 0-5: 2 Shuttles + 8-10 alternating hang DB snatch
Min 6-10: 2 Shuttles + 8-10 slam balls
Min 11-15: 2 Shuttles + 8-10 sit ups

*Should have :20-:10 rest in each min. Adjust reps to allow for that.
