In teams of three each teammate starts at a different a station and completes all 3 rounds.  Every team member must be done before moving on.

station 1

100 m run

10 over the shoulder sandbag throws

10 pull ups

station 2

3 rounds

20 kb swings 35/55

20 push press 55/75

station 3

3 rounds

30 split lunges

30 push ups
