Come join us for Memorial Day MURPH

  • 1 mile run
  • 100 pull ups
  • 200 push ups
  • 300 squats
  • 1 mile run

Times will be at 8 am and 3 pm at Crossfit Cody!

Do it by yourself (20 lb weight vest if you want), or complete it with a partner.
