Teams of 2: One person working at a time
Sandbag run - if weather permits, if not the rower will be used.
-mailbox and back, 200 meter row
-man hole and back, 300 meter row
-stop sign and back, 400 meter row
60 Power cleans (95/135)
30 synchronized burpees over the bar
60 pull ups while partner holds plate overhead (25/45)
*Partner A runs to Mailbox & back then passes sandbag to Partner B and they run to mailbox & back. continue this with other runs as well.
*Work through the remaining one person working at a time.
*Burpees are synchronized, yes like swimming, each partner must perform a burpee and jump over the bar at the same time.
