2015 New Year New You Nutrition Challenge
Starts: Monday Jan 26th. - Tuesday Feb 24th
Meeting: Wednesday Jan 21st @ 5pm (right before CF Striking)
What: This is a 30 day TEAM challenge. male-female, female-female, male-male Whatever you want. We will be going over all the details Wed. If you are unable to attend we will provide the info on the website and at the gym. Mindy will be doing Body measurements Thursday @ 6am, 8:30am, & 5pm. Please let her know which time will work best for you. Both teammates must get measurements prior to Monday.
