CrossFit Cody Open update

The teams are decided for the CrossFit Cody 2015 in gym competition.  It's going to be WOMEN AGAINST THE MEN!

Here is how it will work.  There are currently 14 men and 16 women signed up.  The top 10 rep holders from the mens side and the top 10 rep holders from the womens side will receive a rank from 1 to 20 (highest rep holder gets 1......) the low rank holder is the winner.  Your teams top 10 finishers will have their ranking scores added together and the lowest score holder is the winner of the WOD.  The format will be similar to a golf scramble in the sense that not every persons score will count for every WOD (only your teams chosen 10), therefore you can use your teams strengths for each WOD.  However, each team member must have one WOD score that will count for your team throughout the five WOD's in the Open competition. 

Talk with your trainer if any clarification is necessary.
