Comp Strength 1. Squat EMOMx10: 1 Back Squat *5-10lbs heavier than last week, 90-95% of 1RMNO CLASS SATURDAY.
The annual Soroptimist 5 & 10k is this Saturday @ 10am. To help support this cause we are canceling class and encouraging everyone to participate.
