Monday-Wednesday : regular classes (Wednesday being a regular day NOT a rest day)

Thursday: Morning classes ONLY

Friday & Saturday: CLOSED

You may start on any movement but must complete the movement before moving on to the next. Scale appropriately 75/75/75/75 or 50/50/50/50.
Competitors WOD 1. Snatch EMOM for 10 min: Start at 95/65/45# and add 10-20# every minute for as long as possible. 2. Angie
