Happy New Year.  We have lots of things to be grateful for and you all are on top of the list! Thank you for make us better everyday.  Your dedication, encouragement, desire to get better and hard work is contagious. As we look into the new year we all have new GOALS and RESOLUTIONS to make and accomplish.  Lets help each other with this!

Monday January 11 Starts our 30 day NEW YEAR NEW YOU Nutrition Challenge. This challenge is going to be slightly different than our previous Challenges.

  1. This is an individual Challenge
  2. We will track points for this challenge through an APP on your smart phone

Wednesday January 6th @ 5pm we will have a meeting to go over all the details.
