WOD 30 Front Squats (135/95), 15 Ring Muscle-Ups 20 Front Squats (135/95), 10 Ring Muscle-Ups 10 Front Squats (135/95), 5 Ring Muscle-Ups COMP WOD 30 Front Squat, 155/105 15 Muscle up 20 Front Squat, 155/105 10 Muscle up 10 Front Squat, 155/105 5 Muscle up *Front squats will be pulled from the floor.  If you don't have a muscle up use either bands or feet on the floor for assistance.
