Listen to your body - if you are sore/tired allow time to recover. Light activity: easy jog/row, skill work or just mobilize.

NO OLYMPIC LIFTING Tonight
We want to THANK all of you for filling out a survey and giving us honest, heartfelt feedback. We want to make sure we are providing you the best service possible and without your input we would not be able to do that. A few things we would like your help with:
- Spray down your equipment: there are sanitary bottles and rags available under the rollers. Please take a few mins after each WOD to wipe down your equipment.
- Take dirty boots/shoes off in front room: This will help us keep our floors cleaner.
Once again THANK YOU for helping us better serve you! If you feel your suggestions/needs are not being met PLEASE come and talk to us. We will be addressing other needs: small and large in the upcoming months. We are here to help you reach your goals and if that is not happening we are not doing our job.
We are so grateful for this community and truly consider you all family.
