The CF games season is HERE! The OPEN starts Thursday, Feb 25th. For those of you unfamiliar with this time talk to a trainer about how to get involved. We will be doing our CFCody in-house competition. Write your name on the front white board and we will be dividing teams next week. This is a fun time to push yourself beyond your comfort zone or cheer on someone else as they complete their goals. Community is HUGE part of why we come to the gym everyday and competing with each other every week brings our CFCody family closer.

Squat - set racks up 2-3 people/bar 3×5 Front Squat *divide class into 2 groups - 1 group will start on #1 and the other will start on #2. Be efficient at Front Squats - 10-15min tops Mid-line- Not for time 15 Med-ball sit ups 1 min Plank hold 15 russian twist w/ KB (you choose weight) 1 min waiter carry w/ KB (You choose weight -switch arms at 30 sec) 2-3 RoundsLast week concluded our 2016 NYNY nutrition challenge. We are still working on finalizing the winners. We need all those that participated to put your total points on the white board at the gym. If you had 25 food cheat points (on the app) and 40 workout & sleep points your total points would be +15. If your cheat points 25 and your workout/sleep points are 20 you would have a total of -5. Ask Mindy if you are confused. Please get these written in ASAP so we can determine a winner.
