The CF games season is HERE! The OPEN starts Thursday, Feb 25th.  For those of you unfamiliar with this time talk to a trainer about how to get involved. We will be doing our CFCody in-house competition. Write your name on the front white board and we will be dividing teams next week.  This is a fun time to push yourself beyond your comfort zone or cheer on someone else as they complete their goals.  Community is HUGE part of why we come to the gym everyday and competing with each other every week brings our CFCody family closer.

A. Conditioning For time: 50 Calorie Row 40 Deads, 155/105 30 Box Jumps, 24/20 20 Front Squats, 155/105 rest 3-5 min B. Conditioning 3 Rounds of: 15 Wall Balls, 30/20 50 Double Unders 15 Wall Balls, 30/20 2 minutes rest between rounds *The Class will be divided into 2 groups.  Group 1 will start on conditioning A and Group 2 will start on conditioning B. then switch
