The OPEN starts Thursday, Feb 25th. For those of you unfamiliar with this time talk to a trainer about how to get involved. We will be doing our CFCody in-house competition. Write your name on the front white board and we will be dividing teams next week. Today (Tuesday) is the deadline to sign up for the in-house comp.  We will be putting the teams together on Wednesday, so get your name on the board. This is a fun time to push yourself beyond your comfort zone or cheer on someone else as they complete their goals. Community is HUGE part of why we come to the gym everyday and competing with each other every week brings our CFCody family closer.
