Friday Night Lights
This Friday we would like to celebrate week 2 by getting together in true CFCody style for "Friday Night Lights" We will start the first heat around 4:30pm. Come cheer on your fellow CFitters and enjoy some good food and beverages to follow. CFCody will supply Beer & water, Please bring something to share. Kids allowed but they are not allowed in gym area during the WOD.
