Today is the Last Day of the Whole 30 Challenge! How is everyone feeling...You made it! We are so excited to see how your hard work has paid off!! Mindy will be at the gym by 5:45 am to do measurements for any AM participants and at the 8:30am, 4:30pm & 5:30pm classes. Please make it to one of these times to get your measurements done.
Whole 30 Test WOD
12 min AMRAP 15 Wall Ball 14/20 12 Box Jumps 20/24 9 Toes 2 Bar or med ball sit ups rest 2 min 500 Meter Row Test *Score cards from the first time we tested this workout are at the gym. Remember to do this EXACTLY the same way you did it the first time. If you started with the 500 meter row then start there again. If you change the order for whatever reason on the AMRAP do it in the same order with the same weight and size of box. So EXACTLY the same.... *Even if you did not participate in the whole 30 challenge take this opportunity to re-test yourself.Good Luck!
