Deadlift

Build to a Heavy Set of 5 “Detention” AMRAP 12: 6 Strict Handstand Push-ups 9 Deadlifts (225/155) 30 Double Unders PureFit: AMRAP 12: 6  Push-ups 9 KB Deadlifts
30 Single-Unders Hamstring Finisher- You are going to voodoo band both legs, in your high hip/hamstring. Then you are going to do 15 slow and controlled good-mornings.  When your hip is hinged and your back is parallel to the ground (hamstrings loaded), you are going to take 2 very deep breaths in and out... and then you can return to starting position, repeat. Trap scrub - Lie on back. Place lacrosse ball on upper trap(above shoulder blade and between neck and shoulder).  Raise the arms into the air. Using air or a plate in hands, "drive the bus". When you find a tight spot, contract upper back muscles for 5 seconds, then relax into the ball for 10 seconds. Repeat until you feel change in the tissue.  2 min each side.
