For Time: 1 Round of “Kelly” 2 Rounds of “Helen” 1 Round of “Kelly” 1 Round of Kelly: 400m Run 30 Box Jumps (24/20) 30 Wall Balls (20/14) 1 Round of Helen: 400m Run 21 Kettlebell Swings (53/35) 12 Pull-ups *sub running with; 500/400 Meter Row or 25/15 Calorie Assault Bike PureFit: 3 Rounds: 200 M Run/Row/Bike 15 Step Ups 15 KBS 10 Wall Ball 10 Ring Rows   Mobility WOD: 1)Anterior and Posterior Ankle mobilization- Place band around ankle.  Step away from rack to create tension. Kneel down with banded knee towards ceiling and other knee/shin flat on floor. Place med ball or kettlebell on knee of banded ankle. Rock back and forth, in and out while not allowing arch of foot to collapse. Rock forward over big toe then 5th toe. Repeat on same leg facing towards rack. 1 min each position. Repeat on other side 2)Calf Smash on Barbell: 1-2 minutes per leg, keeping foot neutral, then floss by externally/internally rotating foot as well as pointing and extending foot(plantar flexion and dorsiflexion).
