Some of you may know that our very own coach E-rad is turing the BIG 40 May 12. In honor of her
Super-Hero-Ness
we are starting this 40 day challenge.
Here's how it works:
Starts: April 3rd
Ends: May 12th
*Every day Coach E-rad will decide on an exercise that you must complete 40 reps of. This can be as simple as 40 sit ups or as difficult as 40 'pukies'. She decides. This will continue for 40 days. No prizes, no points just simply an extra 40 reps each day! Easy right!?

Spring Break Schedule
We are altering next weeks schedule slightly due to Spring Break.
NO CLASS MONDAY 4.1.2013 - Enjoy
*The rest of the week will remain the same EXCEPT that we are combining the 8:30am & 9:30am classes. So NO 9:30AM CLASS THIS WEEK. 9:30 class you are welcome to come to any other class you can make it to. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a great week and safe travels!
