"Fight Gone Bad" -Wall Ball (15/20) -Push Press (53/75) -Box Jumps (20/24) -Sumo dead lift high pull (53/75) -Burpee 3 rounds In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. *The clock will reset every 30 min. So plan accordingly. First Round will start at 5:30am, 6:00am, 6:30am, & 7:00am.   Make sure to get there in time to warm up and get set up. First evening ROuND will start at 5:15pm and last one will be 6:45pm. Please be on time
