This weekend CrossFit Cody is taking 3 teams to battle with the rest of Wyoming for the Affiliate Cup.  We are really excited to compete but mostly to be together as a box and support eachother through this fun event.  If Anyone is bored saturday and would like to come cheer us on we will be  in Casper at Ascent CrossFit all day!
