For Time:

1 Mile Run

100 Pull ups

200 Push Ups

300 Body Squats

1 Mile Run

*Weighted vest or pack is encouraged

*You may partition the pull ups, push ups & squats however you like.

*This may be done as a team

If you haven't seen "Lone Survivor" rent it today.  This man is the definition of a True Hero.  He sacrificed himself for his men and for our freedom.  I, for one, am eternally grateful to him and all the other Men and Woman out there that put their lives on the line daily for my freedom.  Today lets not just run a little and do a few rounds of Cindy...let's truly honor this man by pushing ourselves to that uncomfortable place.  Challenge yourself to feel what he may have felt for one second.

This would be a GREAT day to bring a Friend! Show them how we honor our HEROS...
