 Memorial Day Murph is almost here!

Monday, May 31, we will NOT be running regular classes. The schedule will run as an open gym setting from 7-9am. The WOD will be -

Murph

1 mile run

100 pull ups

200 push ups

300 squats

1 mile run

*This year we are encouraging anyone and everyone to join us in honoring the worlds heroes.  Workouts like Murph are how we Crossfitters honor, salute and remember those that have sacraficed so much for us. CFCody members bring a friend and let's show them how great our community is!! We will have scaled options for all fitness levels

*Please DO NOT show up at 9am and allow enough time to complete the Wod.
