2015 Open in the Books!

What a great 5 weeks it has been. 15.5 hurt so make sure to take care of any sore muscles. We are so proud of each of you! The effort, camaraderie, support and encouragement is truly the reason all of us LOVE this sport.

In the next few weeks we are going to take on some "good old fashion" CF workouts.  You may see some Girl/Benchmark WODs show up, take this time to test yourself.  Keep track of these scores and we will re-test in a few months.  This is how we get better.  We will also be adding up scores amongst the MEN & WOMEN and determine the overall WINNER. Stay tuned!

Congrats once again to all those that participating in the OPEN. We have some pretty amazing athletes amongst us!
