If you complete 21, go on to 24, etc. Mobility WOD: Pre-WOD- first rib mobilization. Use lacrosse ball on the rack or tennis ball on the PVC pipe. Place the ball where neck and shoulder meet. Push in to ball while placing arm overhead. Exhale then push into the ball. Floss. Repeat on other side. Post-WOD - Couch stretch. 1-2 minutes each leg
